Please whatever you do, do not come here. After years of being a patient I am leaving. She even told me they can’t call everyone back on the call back voicemail number for referrals. Her customer service was absolutely horrible. Told is there anything else when I asked why and why do you treat your patients like this. Just a simple referral and I was told it was dr lunts fault which is one of the best GI doctor office I’ve been to. When she has no clue what it is like to be sick and trying to get care. Beth from referrals actually told me she knows what I’m going through. I would be transferred to voicemails over and over. I called referrals and always got a full voicemail. I had a referral for a colonoscopy supposed to be put through for over 6 months. I have never had such horrible customer service and patient care. MONEY OVER THE LORDS FLOCK?! Find somewhere else to go for they have lost all their values. How quickly have they lost their morals as they have grown. ![]() I thought this practice was focused on the principles of the bible. This practice has become heartless as it has grown in to a MEGA practice. Same with today and my sick kids, again my doctor took the time and heart to check on them. Shame I had go to my doctor and during my personal appointment, he was kind enough to look at my son and catch his misdiagnosed hernia. ![]() So if being a doctor means just giving referrals and making a moms heart full of anxiety, then Im moving on to a pediatrician who is knowledgeable. Yet doesnt even take a minute to examine the child. Everything you ask he gives you a referral for a specialist. So if they have covid, let them suffer more? The Pediatrician has no clue what hes doing anyway. ![]() Today we are told they are booked for 2 days with well checks and can see us Monday, 4 days from today. There should be a zero star option.My 2 sick small children cant get a telehealth appointment and were told theyd see them in the car yesterday.
